Dreaming of a White Christmas
An AngleB analysis of Boston weather data for the last 81 years found recorded snowfall on Christmas Day, December 25th, a mere 13 times. (It rained 22 times).
It's been four years since snowfall was observed on Christmas day, so we're due! Don't ask a child of the 1980's, that decade was a real Grinch on the magical white stuff - not a single Christmas with a recorded snowfall!
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know, where the treetops glisten and children listen to hear sleigh bells in the snow ...
